One of my husband's and my favorite hobby is to travel. The travelling experience for us goes far beyond the usual all inclusive seven day holiday resort theme. Don't get me wrong, I have done it and hope to do so again, but one week every few years is enough to experience this option. Have you ever thought that rest and relaxation doesn't necessarily narrow down to poolside pina coladas, an aerobics class at the beach and bingo in the evening time? The whole idea of vacationing, more than resting the body is to rest the mind and for that, you don't have to sleep in or snooze on the towel.
